When we develop a benchmark we use a process that objectively determines the characteristics needed for the person to be successful in the job. We then work with the organization and help them identify people who exemplify the characteristics within the benchmark.

The appropriate person in your organization will contact you with your Log-In and Password for access to our secure benchmark area. If you do not hear from that person within one working day re-contact us and we will assist you in obtaining a Log-In and Password.
