All of the below assessments and their reports can be used by individuals, in hiring, for teams, and/or by and for leaders, except when stated otherwise. There are different ways to use and implement the reports depending on your situation and needs. Our reports are so flexible and our systems so robust, that there are few human resource needs we can not meet through the use of one or the other of our reports. We can assust you meet various human resource needs through the use of the same report. DISC ASSESSMENT
Our most used assessment, identifies behaviors and tells you what you can expect from the person on the job, when they work alone, and when they are under stress. Know how to better manage and lead them, how to better communicate and deal with conflict/stress, show them how to more effectively work in teams, and much more. This 24-question assessment generates a 22 to 25 page report with 17 sub-reports. It is incredibly accurate, reliable, easy to read, easy to understand/use and has a high level of face validity. It comes in three different formats a) the sales version, b) the management-staff version, and c) the executive version. It can be delivered online via the Internet or through paper and pencil administration. The online version is much more accurate, (identifies 384 distinct profiles versus the paper and pencil’s 24 profiles) and is much more descriptive and detailed (the online version has 22 to 25 computer generated typed pages to the paper and pencil’s 8 pages).

DISC Style Analysis
This is the only paper and pencil assessment we sell. The DISC - Style Analysis is an 8-page scratch off (as easy as using a coin to uncover the answers) self scoring assessment that gives you a very general idea of the assessment takers’ behavior style. Where our online DISC looks at 384 different behavior styles, this assessment looks at 24 different styles. Use this DISC when doing large groups for pre-selection or when using the DISC is a seminar, talk, or large classroom experience for a general understanding of DISC behavioral concepts. We strongly suggest you NOT use this assessment for actual selection decisions, for coaching, or matching individuals. This assessment gives you a general overview of DISC, but any paper and pencil DISC assessment (no matter who you purchase it from) is not accurate and specific enough for making quality and accurate decisions

Who Can Purchase Assessments and How Is It Done?
Client Assessment Accounts

Opening a client assessment account is the most efficient way to take advantage of our on-line assessments!

For a small one-time initial fee, to set up your account, you can open your own custom account.
-
You receive assessment reports via Internet email immediately after the person taking the assessment has completed assessment questions.

You specify which report(s) you want in your account and you control who takes all the assessments in your account. You can have one account for each type of report (*which is what we recommend; this allows people to take only the assessments you want them to take*) or have an account with some combination of our numerous assessments (best when you want assessment takers to take every report in the account).

For each account, you receive a unique account number and a list of passwords to distribute to people you want to take the assessment(s) in the account. We even give you a one-page instructions sheet for you to hand to, fax to, or email any person you want to take an assessment(s). No need to worry, these are one time use passwords, so people you want to take assessments get access to your account to take the assessment(s).

You tell them, via the one-page instructions we supply you, which assessment(s) to take, give them their personal single use password furnished by us to you for your account, and you receive your copy of the report via email immediately after the person completes the assessment(s).

We can automatically send you or up to three other people a copy of every assessment taken from the account. We never send the assessment taker a copy of their report. You control when, where, and how they receive their report.

There is never a fee for additional copies of the report. As soon as you receive the online report in your email, the report is yours to use as you wish and to make as many copies as you wish.

With over 15 COMPLIMENTARY no charge services we offer you as an account holder, this is a great way to start a relationship with us and have total control of who takes an assessment(s).
Individual Assessment Purchase
Purchasing an Individual Report and Benefits Over Opening An Account:

We recommend purchasing an individual report over opening an account ONLY if you want to purchase only one or a few reports.

Individual reports have no one-time initial set up fee. Individual reports are slightly more expensive than reports purchased through an account since they require much more time by our office to process the purchase and management of you receiving the report.

Individual reports are paid for in advance (clients with an account pay for assessments the first week of the month after the assessment has been completed and delivered).

Receive information about how to take your assessment no later than the end of the next business day.

Answer the assessment questions over the Internet and receive your report no later than the end of the next business day after completing the questions.
People taking an assessment receive instructions directly from The Abelson Group™.
If you want a report just for yourself, this is the most cost effective approach.

You can also order individual reports by contacting us directly. Call our office Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time at 979-696-2222 to order your individual report.

If you are taking an assessment for your own purposes and are not working with a coach or an organization who requested you to take the assessment, you may want to also speak with one of our customer service representatives. They will help you better understand the assessment, what it means, and how you can best benefit from the report. If you want to speak with a customer service representative after you take an assessment, simply click on "Interpretation Session" when ordering your assessment. There is an additional charge for speaking with an assessment specialist who will explain your report to you.
(Please remember that it may take up to one business day to receive instructions on how to take an individual assessment; whereas, account holders are provided with their own instructions sheet and can personally administer and receive their reports immediately through our online Internet access. Also, it may take up to one business day to receive individual reports once they are complete; whereas, account holders again receive reports immediately after their questions are completed by the assessment taker. Individual reports will be emailed to the individual paying for the assessment, unless requested otherwise).
